How to download an old product version We release a new product version (a major upgrade) every one or two year and if you have previously bought an older version of any of our products you can upgrade to the latest version of the software for a special upgrade fee. And we recommend you to always use the latest version of our software, to make sure it works as smoothly as possible in new operating systems.   However, it is also possible to get a download link to an older version of a product if you need that for some reason. Currently it is possible to get download links to the following older product versions:   l CD-Menu Creator 2015 and 2017, 2018 and 2020 l MultiMailer 2014 l Visual Installer 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2020   You need a 12 months maintenance plan to get access to old product versions We have a maintenance plan included for every product. You can choose between a 1 month or a 12 months maintenance plan. If you buy a 12 months maintenance plan you will get full access to a download page on our website for 12 months, from where you can download our software when needed. Although this maintenance plan is primarily intended to be used with new products, you can also utilize this maintenance plan for older product versions and buy the maintenance plan separately and afterwards. You can buy a 12 months maintenance plan for all older product versions mentioned above.   An 1 month maintenance plan can not be bought afterwards It is not possible to buy a 1 month maintenance plan afterwards. The 1 month maintenance plan is always included in the product, as default, when you buy a software from us, and gives you 1 month technical support and access to a temporary download link (that expires after 2 weeks). If you need to buy a maintenance plan afterwards, you must buy a 12 months maintenance plan.     Full access to a download page for 12 months The 12 months maintenance plan will give you full access to a download page for 12 months, from where you can download the product (or products) so many times you need. We can also send you license keys for the product if you have lost the keys.   12 months technical support is included Technical support is included in the maintenance plan. During a period of 12 months we will assist you if you need any help when using the product.   How fast can I get a download link? After purchase you will receive a link to the download page, and a username and password to login to the download page, immediately. If you want us to resend license keys for a specific product, this is generally done within 1-2 hours.    Price: $39 The price for a 12 months maintenance plan is only $39. For $39 you will get full access to a download page, with the products, and technical support for 12 months. If you have lost your license keys (installation keys) we will resend them to you. There is no additional costs for resending license keys.
