Refund Policy
We
have 30 days trial versions
for all of our software, and before you buy we recommend you to
download a trial and evaluate the product so you are sure that
the product meets your needs. When downloading and installing
the trial you can also make sure that the software is fully
compatible with your computer.
Generally we do not accept refunds for a bought and delivered
software because once delivered, there is no way to disable the
software and prevent it from being used. If you don't know if the software is what you
are looking
for, you should download a trial and evaluate
the software before you make
your decision. If you find out after you have bought the
software that it was not what you were looking for, a refund is not
possible.
You should also check the system requirements for the software
before you buy it. At every software product page there is a
link to a page with detailed system requirements for the
software. As an example,
here is the
system requirements page for our product SamLogic CD-Menu
Creator. A refund is not possible if you missed to check the
system requirements, and the software can not be run in your
current system because it is not compatible. However, our
software will generally work well in all modern Windows
operating systems, in both 32 bit and 64 bit systems, so this is
seldom a problem.
When is a refund possible?
A refund may be possible if you encounter an error which is
preventing you from using our software properly, and we are not
able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time.
An error itself does not allow a refund, but if we can not fix
the error within a reasonable period of time (1-2 weeks) and the
error prevents you from using the software, we may accept a refund.
If you encounter an error,
you must provide us with detailed information about your error,
requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error
messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file
samples, etc. If you are not able to provide us with details
about the error, we may disapprove a refund. And if the reason
for the error is that you use out-dated software (from other
software companies) and you don't want to update the software if
we suggest, we may also disapprove a refund.
A refund by the reasons
above is only possible within 30 days from the purchase
date. If more than 30 days have passed from the purchase
date, a refund is not possible anymore. |

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this
refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you
indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you
agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
