Choose version of CD-Menu Creator

Different methods are used to create the menus depending of if you have CD-Menu Creator 2015 or newer, or CD-Menu Creator 2014 or older. In CD-Menu Creator 2015 the process of creating two levels of menus is much simpler because we have added an easy-to-use wizard that does much of the work.
