Contact information can be easily copied from other programs, for example from Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access, using Windows clipboard. You can also use clipboard to copy contact information between two mailing lists.

An unsubscribe link can be included in a newsletter. This unsubscribe link can co-operate with our new web form that handles unsubscribe requests, or you can make this link to point to your own web form.
As an alternative, you can also create an e-mail link for unsubscribe requests. By using an e-mail link a unsubscribe request can be sent without using a web form.

PNG pictures are now supported.

Built-in backup handling assures that there are always backups of your data files.

The persons first and last name can now be included in the To field of an e-mail message header. This will make the e-mail / newletter more personalized and the risk to be stopped by an anti-spam filter is reduced.

E-mail campaigns are supported. By using e-mail campaigns it is easier to reuse previous newsletters, mailing lists and sender profiles.

Adapted to Windows Vista. SamLogic MultiMailer 2007 has been updated to function also in Windows Vista. Some functions that didn't work in Vista before have been modified so they now work. Some visual modifications have also been done and the help documentation has been converted to a new Vista compatible HTML format.

Can create newsletters for Microsoft Outlook 2007. Microsoft has made some changes in the new Microsoft Outlook 2007 so some functions that could be used before are not supported anymore. For example, background pictures in table cells are not supported anymore. SamLogic MultiMailer 2007 has been updated so the e-mails that is created and mailed also can be shown in Microsoft Outlook 2007. For example, the newsletter wizard has been updated to be able to create Outlook 2007 compatible e-mails.

Data can be imported from Microsoft Excel 2007. The import functions has been updated to be able to import data also from Excel 2007. Both the old format (.xls) and the new format (.xlsx) is supported.

The help documentation is now in the HTML format. A tree based index makes it very easy to find a specific chapter or page in the documentation. But the local help (press F1 to get help in a dialog box etc) is still there, as before.

The function to upload newsletters to a server on the Internet has been improved. More server types are supported and you can for example choose a root folder from a list with available root folders.

E-mail addresses and contact information can now be imported directly from Microsoft Excel sheets via an easy-to-use user interface.

HTML messages are analyzed before they are sent and the MultiMailer warns if bad HTML tags are found in the message.

The support for network has been improved. Data files can be shared with other MultiMailer clients over a network.

Now it is possible to have pictures included and files attached in the same e-mail. Before you had to store the pictures on a server if you wanted to attach files, but now can the pictures exist directly in the e-mail.  

The text file import has been improved. A new user interface makes it very easy to import data now.

The duplicate selection function has been improved. Now one item in every found group can be left unselected so you can delete the extra duplicates very easy.

The Category and Sub category fields can now also be used in e-mails as insertable data fields.

You can now choose which fields (columns) to show in a mailing list.

E-mail bounces can now be downloaded directly from a POP3 server to MultiMailer.

The import from Microsoft Outlook has been improved. Now it is also possible to import distribution lists from Outlook.

Support for Microsoft Exchange has been added. If you use Microsoft Exchange as a e-mail server in your network, the professional version of MultiMailer now supports it.

It is now possible to import other MultiMailer mailing lists. This allows yo to concatenate two mailing lists to one list or import older mailing lists in an easy way.

Five new time based insertable fields have been added: Year, Month, Day, Dayofweek and Week. The last one (Week) gives the current week number.

Impressive newsletters and HTML messages can now be created easy by using a newsletter wizard.

More than one file can now be attached with an e-mail. Up to 8 attachments / e-mail can be used.

Columns, headers, background pictures etc can now be included easy in an e-mail.

Now its is very easy to create hyperlinks with underlined text that opens the users e-mail client or his/her web browser.

A function to resend e-mails to e-mail addresses with temporary errors has been added.

MultiMailer now estimates when the mailing distribution process is finished (all e-mails have been send out) and shows the estimated time in the program window.

An exclusion list designed for handling invalid e-mail addresses is included.
